ORLANDO Real Estate AG was founded in 2005 at Orlando House in Munich. The company resulted from the successful cooperation between Orlando Management GmbH and Realisar Property Finance Advisors GmbH during the Forstinger-Transaction and afterwards.

The Munich-based private equity company Orlando Management GmbH  was founded in 2001 and concentrates on investments in special corporate situations in the German-speaking market. This includes complex company spin-offs, turnaround and crisis situations, succession problems, restructurings, and reorientations. Orlando Management advises the “special situations venture partners, L.P.” and “special situations venture partners II, L.P.” private equity funds, with a total capital of approx. 420 million€ Orlando’s five partners have more than 65 years of private equity experience at their disposal and up to now have executed around 25 successful corporate transactions, mainly in the manufacturing industry and business-to-business services sectors. The team brings complementary expertise in all relevant technical, commercial, and legal matters as well as years of management and executive experience to medium-sized companies.
