ORLANDO Real Estate AG is an independent real estate private equity corporation with headquarters in Munich. Orlando Real Estate supports and advises well-known national and international institutions, in particular the special situations realty partners funds in real estate investments. In doing so, Orlando Real Estate operates within the scope of long-term mandates and not as an intermediary or a broker.

Special situations

We specialize in real estate or portfolios with added value potential that are not attractive to the classic institutional investors due to their current condition and/or their rental situation. This can be real estate which is vacant or in need of renovation, as well as project development. It is our goal to discover alternative potential uses for these properties, to carry out the needed renovations, and to improve the rental situation. We attach great importance to renter-friendly arrangements in order to improve the property’s usage potential through the use of creative planning methods. We also willingly work with historic structures and search for ways to combine the challenges of preserving the fabric of the building while fulfilling the requirements of the modern user.
