Special situations
We specialize in real estate or portfolios with added value potential that are not attractive to the classic institutional investors due to their current condition and/or their rental situation. This can be real estate which is vacant or in need of renovation, as well as project development. It is our goal to discover alternative potential uses for these properties, to carry out the needed renovations, and to improve the rental situation. We attach great importance to renter-friendly arrangements in order to improve the property’s usage potential through the use of creative planning methods.
